(KENORA, ON) On Saturday May 9, 2015 just before 2:00am members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were patrolling downtown and observed a male subject sitting in the front seat of a vehicle. The vehicle was stationary, but the motor was engaged. Officers spoke to the male and determined that he had consumed alcohol.
The male was placed under arrest and transported to Kenora OPP for further tests.
As a result of this investigation, David MILKO, age 23 from Kenora, is charged with Care or Control While Impaired and Care or Control Over .80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused is to appear in Kenora court on June 11, 2015 to answer to the charges.
