(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On Monday May 11, 2015 at 8:00pm Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting traffic enforcement on Highway #60 in the town of Huntsville. A Ford Focus was traveling in the 70km hour zone in excessive speeds, and as a result was stopped for that infraction.
Michael CAMPBELL (18yrs) of Huntsville Ontario was driving the Focus, and investigation found that he was driving without a licence, and that he had conditions in relation to a previous matter within Huntsville. The accused was eventually arrested and charged with Fail to Comply with Undertaking under the Criminal Code of Canada.
He was held for a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice Bracebridge on May 12, 2015 to answer to his charges.
