(THUNDER BAY, ON) On Friday, May 15, 2015 at approximately 5:00 pm, officers from the Thunder Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of a male missing at Two Island Lake in Jacques Township.
The male had been kayaking on Two Island Lake. Upon officers arrival the kayak was located and the male was recovered in the water a short distance away.
Lawrence Wilson, 75 years of age, from Thunder Bay was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A post mortem will be conducted. The investigation is continuing.
