Two Charged After Collision

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 21 year old male and 20 year old male after police responded to an incident at a Simcoe Street, Middleton, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.

On Thursday, May 14, 2015 at approximately 7:49 p.m., police responded to the Norfolk Mall after being contacted by a concerned member of the public.

Through investigation it has been determined that two males became involved in a verbal confrontation after being involved in a motor vehicle collision in the parking lot of the Norfolk Mall. One of the males then proceeded to damage a window on one of the involved vehicles.

As a result of police investigation, 21 year old Christopher Daniel ERHARDT of Norfolk County, Ontario was charged with dangerous driving and possession of marihuana.

Charged with mischief under $5,000 is 20 year old Joshua Dennis CHAMBERS of Tillsonburg, Ontario.

Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
