(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Friday, May 5, 2015 at approximately 7:06 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a 2005 GMC Sierra pick-up truck on Centre Line B and County Rd. 124 in the Municipality of Grey Highlands after receiving a traffic complaint.
The driver of the vehicle, Richard T. ROWBOTHAM, age 56, of Grey Highlands, was issued a Provincial Offence Notice for driving a motor vehicle with an open container of liquor contrary to the Liquor Licence Act (LLA).
