(SOUTHWEST MIDDLESEX, ON) – In the early afternoon of May 16, 2015, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were in the 6000 block of Riverside Drive.
Officers initiated a traffic stop of a white Ford pickup truck. It was determined that the female driver of the vehicle had been drinking alcohol. A roadside screening device was administered, and the driver registered a “fail”.
She was placed under arrest, and transported to a police detachment for breath testing.
As a result of the investigation, Lisa RILEY, age 44, from London, Ontario, has been charged with driving while disqualified – court order, and driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear, and is scheduled to answer the charges in a London court on June 25, 2015.
