(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On May 18, 2015 at approximately 4:00 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a 2008 Dodge on Wellington Road 124 and Township Road 1, Guelph-Eramosa Township. Police spoke with the male driver and believed that he had consumed alcohol. A Roadside Screening Device test was conducted which resulted in a fail.
The driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days as per statute.
Joshua INDEWEY age 18 of Guelph has been charged with Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on June 9, 2015 to answer to the charge.
