(TOWN OF PENETAGUISHENE , ON) – The Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to another complaint of tampered lug nuts.
On May 29, 2015 at around 10:07 a.m. a female contacted police to report that her hub cap had fallen off on her way to Barrie. The female driver pulled over and discovered that her tire was attached with only one remaining loosened lug nut. The vehicle had been parked at a residence in Penetanguishene prior to the incident.
The Southern Georgian Bay OPP is requesting the assistance of the public to solve this crime. Be on the lookout and report any suspicious activity in your neighborhood.
