(Douro-Dummer Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a driver after a traffic stop on Peterborough County Road 4 east of the City just after 2:30am this morning.
Rodney HUTLEY (age 51) of the City of Kawartha Lakes was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood. The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on July 9, 2015.
