(South Stormont) – On June 4, 2015 at approximately 5:29pm, a Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer intercepted a vehicle on County Road 2, South Stormont Township. The stop indicated that the adult male driver was under the influence of alcohol.
Richard COUSINEAU (61) of South Stormont Township was arrested and is charged with;
– Fail or Refuse to Provide Sample
He was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on June 16, 2015.
