(ORILLIA, ON.) – The Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a male party after executing a search warrant in Severn Township.
On June 25, 2015 the Orillia OPP Crime Unit, Orillia Street Crime Unit and Central Region Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at a residence on Foxmead Road in Severn Township.
During the execution of the search warrant police located and seized numerous firearms, ammunition and marihuana plants in the residence.
Gary LEPIK, 50 years old of Severn Township, has been charged with numerous offences including Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm, Careless storage of a firearm, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Production of Marihuana and Possession of Marihuana.
He was released on a Promise to Appear in Orillia court on August 18, 2015.
