BREACH OF CONDITIONS

(North Stormont) – On June 29, 2015 at approximately 9:50am, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a residence on Highway 138, North Stormont Township following a report of a youth in breach of conditions imposed from a previous incident. Further details also revealed that the female youth had threatened a family member.

The 17-year-old female was arrested and is charged with;

– Fail to Comply with Conditions of an Undertaking (3 counts)

– Utter Threat

She was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on August 13, 2015. The name of the accused is being withheld as per provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

SHOPLIFT

(North Dundas) – On June 29, 2015 at approximately 6:31pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a theft at a business property on Winchester Main Street, North Dundas Township. Investigation indicated that an adult male had removed store items without paying.

Joshua SIMSER (24) of North Dundas Township was arrested and is charged with;

– Theft Under $5000

He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on August 4, 2015.
