(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment arrested and charged a 28 year old male after police were called to investigate an incident at a Concession 8, Townsend, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Friday, June 26, 2015 at approximately 11:57 a.m., police were contacted and provided information with regards to an incident that had previously taken place.
Through investigation it has been determined that on Monday, June 15, 2015 at approximately 1:00 p.m., a male became involved in a verbal altercation which then turned into a physical confrontation.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 28-year-old David Leslie CLARK of Norfolk County, Ontario with assault causing bodily harm, theft under $5000 and mischief under $5000.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
