(ORILLIA, ON) – On Friday July 3, 2015, at approximately 10:15 a.m., an officer from the Orillia Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a possibly impaired female who was operating a motor on Colborne Street in the City of Orillia. The female was observed by an alert member of the public as she exited her vehicle and used a pay phone in the area.
Dawn PHILLIPS, 52-years of age of Orillia, Ontario was arrested and has been charged with:
Impaired Driving
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in her blood.
She is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located in Orillia on August 11, 2015.
