(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 35 year old female after police responded to an incident at a Thompson Drive, Port Dover, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Thursday, July 17, 2015 at approximately 11:26 a.m., police responded to Mike’s No Frills after receiving a complaint about a shoplifter.
As a result of police investigation, it was determined that merchandise was removed from the store.
Charged with theft under $5,000 is 35 year old Scarlet Lee HELMER of Norfolk County, Ontario.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
