(ORILLIA, ON) – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Child Sexual Exploitation Unit, Technological Crime Unit and the Orillia OPP Detachment have arrested and charged an Orillia, Ontario man following an on-line undercover child pornography investigation.
On July 23, 2015 police executed a search warrant at an Orillia residence. As a result of this investigation, two computers were seized which contained images of child sexual abuse.
On July 23, 2015, police arrested Gary Fraser KELLY, 67 years-old of Orillia, Ontario. He is charged with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography one count of Make Available Child Pornography and one count of Accessing Child Pornography. The accused will appear for a bail hearing on July 27, 2015 in the Ontario Court of Justice in Barrie, Ontario.
