(PEMBROKE, ON) – On July 24, 2015 members of the Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Unit executed a Criminal Code search warrant at a residence in the City of Pembroke. Police recovered a bed and mattress that had been previously been reported stolen from Walmart. As a result John Wayne MASTERS, age 43 of Pembroke, has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
· Theft Under $5000
· Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
· Fail to Comply with Probation Order
MASTERS was released on a promise to appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on August 25, 2015.
