(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON) – On July 24, 2015 at approximately 10:55 p.m., Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop of a motor vehicle near Robin’s Hill Road and Rebecca Road in the City of London, Ontario.
The red Nissan car was being operated with only one headlight illuminated.
The male driver was found to be in possession of cannabis marihuana and psilocybin, and was arrested.
As a result of the police investigation, 22-year-old Brian HOELZLI, from Zorra Township, Ontario, has been charged with possession of a schedule III substance for the purpose of trafficking, and traffic schedule II substance – cannabis marihuana under 3 kilograms, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA).
The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear (PTA) and is scheduled to answer to the charges on September 4, 2015 in the London courts.
