(ORILLIA, ON.) – The Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged 6 adults and a young offender after executing a search warrant in the City of Orillia.
On July 24, 2015 the Orillia OPP Street Crime Unit executed a search warrant at a residence on Peter Street North in the City of Orillia.
During the execution of the search warrant police located and seized stolen property, marihuana and a prohibited knife.
Kyle CRANNEY, 20 years old of Severn Township, has been charged with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Possession of Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Marihuana, and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
Tabitha JAMES, 18 years old of Severn Township, has been charged with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Possession of Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Marihuana, and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
Dustin PALMATEER, 19 years old of Orillia, has been charged with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Possession of Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Marihuana, and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
Nicholas ROBERTSON, 20 years old of Orillia, has been charged with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Possession of Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Marihuana, and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
John STOBBS, 18 years old of Orillia, has been charged with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Possession of Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Marihuana, and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
All were released on a Promise to Appear in Orillia court at a later date.
Mitchell GAUDREAU, 20 years old of Orillia, has been charged with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Possession of Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Marihuana, Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
