Two Charged With Cocaine Trafficking

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Street Crime Unit have charged a 20 year old male and 19 year old female with drug and weapon offences after executing a search warrant at a Chapel Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at approximately 8:15 a.m., police attended the address and executed a search warrant. As a result of the warrant a 20 year old male and 19 year old female were subsequently arrested and charged for drug and weapon related offences.

A quantity of Cocaine, Marihuana and Canadian currency was seized by investigating officers.

Charged with the following offences is 20-year-old Matthew Stanley John CEBULAK of Norfolk County, Ontario.

Possession for the Purpose of trafficking Cocaine

Possession for the purpose of trafficking Marihuana

Unauthorized possession of weapon

Careless storage of a firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition

· Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000

· Mischief Under $5,000

Charged with the following offences is 19-year-old Emily WRAY of Norfolk County, Ontario.

Possession for the Purpose of trafficking Cocaine

Possession for the purpose of trafficking Marihuana

Unauthorized possession of weapon

Careless storage of a firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition

· Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000

Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
