(KINGSVILLE, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Kingsville received a report of a possible impaired driver on July 29, 2015 at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Graham Side Road in Kingsville. The male driver was swerving and driving erratically according to the complaint.
A short time later, the same male driver and vehicle, left the roadway, struck a road sign and entered the ditch on Road 2 East in Kingsville.
He exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested at the scene.
The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was not injured in the crash and no other vehicles were involved.
Larry GLOVASKY, age 67 of Kingsville was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Windsor court on August 18, 2015 to answer to the charges.
