(LAKESHORE, ON) – On Sunday, August 2, 2015 at approximately 1:00 a.m., the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Tecumseh observed a vehicle being driven in an erratic manner on Essex County Road 22 near Manning Road.
Officers stopped the vehicle and spoke to the driver vehicle who exhibited signs of impairment. He registered a “Fail” on a Roadside Screening Device and was arrested at the scene.
Kirk SEREDUIK, age 25 of Windsor, was charged with Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content, Drive While Under Suspension and Drive Motor Vehicle with Liquor Readily Available. He will appear in a Windsor court on August 20, 2015 to answer to the charges.
