(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – On August 1, 2015 officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) City of Kawartha Lakes (CKL) detachment responded to a call for service.
After an investigation, Dan TERRILL, 53 years of age, of Bethany was charged and arrested on August 2, 2015. The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing on the charges of mischief – interfere with lawful use, enjoyment or operation of property contrary to section 430(4) of the Criminal Code of Canada and Fail to Comply with Probation Order contrary to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused appeared in Lindsay court today, August 4, 2015.
