(NORTH BAY, ON) –The North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is seeking public assistance to locating the owner of an orange raft that was found on Lake Nipissing, on August 24, 2015.
Police investigation revealed that the same raft had been seen the previous day with two occupants in it on Lake Nipissing and then later seen resting up against the shoreline on Heyworth Island ( which is approximately 400 metres south of Sunset Point) on Lake Nipissing.
Members of the North Bay OPP are searching for the owner of the raft to ensure that occupants are safe.
