Stormont Dundas Press Releases

BREAK IN

(North Glengarry) – On August 27, 2015 at approximately 10:04am, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to a report of a break-in at a Business on County Road 34, North Glengarry Township.

Investigation indicated that sometime between August 21, 2015 1130am- 2:00pm on August 24, 2015 culprit(s) forcibly entered the business and removed a quantity of Diesel Fuel.

An investigation continues.

STUNT DRIVING

(North Dundas) – On August 27, 2015, SD&G OPP officer conducted enforcement in the village of Chesterville, North Dundas Townships and intercepted a vehicle operating in a reckless manner. The vehicle was impounded and the adult male’s driver permit was seized for seven (7) days in accordance to policy.

Kevin EDGERTON (46) from North Dundas, Ontario was charged;

– Stunt Driving – Cause Tire to Lose Traction

He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on October 6th 2015
