(LEAMINGTON ON) – A 26 year old Leamington is facing numerous charges following an incident at a rooming facility last night in Leamington.
At approximatley 8:00 pm, the 39 year old victim was in his room when the accused, Elias CHAVIRA-GONZALEZ came in demanding beer. When he was refused, the victim was pushed to floor and struck several times in the face. CHAVIRA-GONZALEZ was arrested and is charge with:
Robbery with Violence
Break and Enter
Obstruct Police
Breach of Probation
He is appearing in court today. The victim was not seriously injured.
