(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police is hiring frontline Police Constables! We are looking for applicants who have the passion, commitment, and guts to become a Provincial Police Officer. To attract the most competitive and diverse candidates, O.P.P. Uniform Recruitment will host a one-day Policing Symposium on Thursday, November 5th, 2015 in London, Ontario.
The focus will be applicants who are recent or potential graduates from Ontario Community Colleges and Universities. Candidates will be required to submit an Application Form AND Letter of Support, from a past or current Professor, Instructor, or Teacher, from Secondary or Post-Secondary School. Upon review, 30 applicants will be selected to attend this once in a lifetime opportunity!
Learn what it takes to become a Provincial Constable! The Keynote Speaker will be Kate Lines, former O.P.P. Chief Superintendent and Quantico-trained Criminal Profiler. Other Guest Speakers will include: Frontline O.P.P. Officers, Specialized Units, Special Constable, Auxiliary, and Provincial Communication Dispatchers.
