On September 14, 2015, members of the Drug Enforcement Branch were conducting observations for drug activity in Owen Sound. The officers observed a male conceal a motorcycle with no plate near an east side residence then leave the area on foot. The officers continued surveillance and discovered that the motorcycle had been reported stolen from the Kitchener-Waterloo area last year. The officers arrested the male and conducted a search of his person. This search yielded approximately $2000.00 in methamphetamine, a significant amount of cash, digital scales, drug packaging and oxycodone. The motorcycle was recovered from the concealed location. Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000
Possession of Methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking
Possession of the Proceeds of crime
Possession of a Controlled Substance – Oxycodone
