(MAPLETON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On September 4, 2015 members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Street Crime Unit (SCU) and the Emergency Response Team (ERT) executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) warrant at as residence located on Robb Street in Moorefield, Mapleton Township.
Police seized marihuana plants that were growing outside the residence along with drug paraphernalia that was located inside the home.
33-year-old Isaak WALL of Mapleton Township has been charged Produce a Substance in Schedule 2- Marihuana contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on October 9, 2015 to answer to his charge.
