(South Stormont) – On September 15, 2015 at approximately 10:45pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers intercepted a Motor vehicle (ATV) on Cornwall Center Road, South Stormont Township. The investigation revealed that the adult male driver was under the influence of alcohol. The male driver attempted to flee from officers during the stop, but was apprehended shortly after.
Justin TREMBLAY (30) of South Glengarry Township was arrested and is charged with;
– Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle with Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in blood
– Driving a Motor Vehicle while Impaired
– Flight while Pursued by Peace officer
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on October 15, 2015.
