(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at approximately 6:22 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a theft of lottery tickets from the Esso Gas station on Hwy. 21 in the Township of Georgian Bluffs after an unknown male had stolen 9 lottery tickets, for a total value of $180.
Later that evening, the suspect turned himself into the Owen Sound Police Service, who contacted the OPP.
Daniel Robert WAUGH, 29, of Owen Sound, was charged with theft under $5,000. He is to appear in court in Owen Sound on Thursday, October 22, 2015.
