(Peterborough County, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle and investigated the driver Saturday evening just before 6:30pm.
The vehicle was stopped by officers on Highway 115. Michael Frederick REGINA (age 38) of Brampton, ON was arrested and charged with:
Impaired Driving
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood
Drive while disqualified
The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on October 15, 2015.
