(BRANT COUNTY, ON) –An alert member of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer that had caught his attention for a traffic violation on September 23, 2015 at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Ball Street in Paris.
Police determined through investigation that the involved driver had in his possession illegal drugs.
Police have charged 30-year-old Brent MILAN of Niagara Falls with Failing to provide a breath sample under the Criminal Code of Canada and possession of a schedule 1 substance under the Controlled Drug and Substances Act.
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date to answer to the charges.
