(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Monday, September 28, 2015 at approximately 7:00 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a 14 year old youth after he used his skateboard to smash the headlight out of a 2010 Chevrolet Impala vehicle parked at his residence in Markdale, in the Municipality of Grey Highlands. The owner of the vehicle, who is known to the accused, was visiting at the time of the incident.
He is scheduled to appear in the Youth Justice Court on October 27, 2015 on charges of mischief under $5,000, utter threats to cause death or bodily harm, and possession of marihuana under 30 grams.
