(GEORGIAN BAY TOWNSHIP, ON) –On September 26, 2015 at approximately 4:00 p.m. officers from the Southern Georgian Bay detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a R.I.D.E check on Honey Harbour Road in Georgian Bay Township. A Ford F150 pick-up truck made a U-turn as the motor vehicle approached the R.I.D.E check.
The motor vehicle was stopped by police and the male driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. The male driver was arrested, charged and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
Christopher GRAHAM (age 32) of Cambridge, ON has been charged with:
– Operate Motor Vehicle with More than 80 mgs contrary to the criminal Code of Canada.
The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland, Ontario on October 15, 2015.
