(MOOSONEE, ON) – On October 4, 2015 the Moosonee Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a male at the Moosonee Airport whom they believed to be wanted by the Regina Police Service. The male was arrested and subsequently charged for violating numerous conditions of his Undertaking entered into before a Justice including possessing a cellular device and not remaining within the province of Saskatchewan.
As a result, Abdulraman BANOURI (21), of Toronto Ontario, was charged with the following offences four counts of Fail to Comply with Undertaking contrary to Section 145(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was remanded into custody and appeared in bail court in Timmins on October 4, 2015.
