Carmen FISHER – Drunk Driving

(CHIPPEWAS OF THE THAMES FIRST NATION, ON) – On October 3, 2015, at approximately 11:27 pm., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a possible impaired driver travelling westbound on Jubilee Road.

The silver Pontiac car started reversing toward the police vehicle. Officers stopped the vehicle, and determined that the female driver had been drinking alcohol. She was arrested, and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for breath testing.

As a result of the police investigation, 40-year-old Carmen FISHER, from London, Ontario, has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, driving while ability impaired – motor vehicle (alcohol), and care or control over 80 mgs, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was released on a Promise to Appear (PTA), and is scheduled to appear in the London courts on November 17, 2015, to answer to the charges.
