(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment received a report of a stolen vehicle from a Robinson Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, October 10, 2015 at approximately 11:05 a.m., police were contacted by a concerned vehicle owner reporting a theft of a vehicle from their address.
Through investigation it was determined that on Saturday, October 10, 2015 in the early morning hours; unknowns attended the address and removed a locked Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) that was parked in the driveway of the residence.
The vehicle is described as a green coloured, 2007 Jeep Patriot which contained a wallet with personal and financial information, children’s cars seats, personal items and approximately $10,000 dollars in assorted jewelry.
Police are continuing to investigate and is seeking assistance from the public. If anyone has any information regarding this incident, they are being asked to contact the Norfolk County OPP Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
