(CORUNNA, ON) – Members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a break and enter in progress on Paget Street in Corunna Ontario at 3:15 a.m. this morning.
Police arrived and discovered a male party attempting to kick in the front door of the residence. During the arrest the male suspect sustained personal injury.
The suspect was arrested and taken to a local hospital where he was treated for his injury. The OPP has notified the province’s Special Investigation Unit (SIU) which has invoked its mandate. As a result the OPP will not be able to provide any further information.
