(PETROLIA, ON) – On Monday October 26th, 2015 at approximately 7:00 a.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was dispatched to a commercial motor vehicle collision in the area of 402 Highway eastbound, east of Oil Heritage Road, Town of Plympton-Wyoming.
Lambton County OPP along with Lambton Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Plympton-Wyoming Fire Department was dispatched to a single commercial motor vehicle roll-over at 402 Highway eastbound, just east of Oil Heritage Road, Town of Plympton-Wyoming. No injuries were sustained to the lone driver as a result of the collision. 402 Highway eastbound at Oil Heritage Road was closed for approximately 6 hours while the vehicle was removed and the highway was cleared of debris.
As a result of the investigation, 41 year-old Jaskamal ATWAL of Kitchener, ON was issued a Provincial Offence Notice and charged with,
