(BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On November 7, 2015 at approximately 1:18 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a complaint of a possible impaired driver travelling eastbound on Highway 401 in Oxford County.
Police located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop east of Drumbo Road. As a result of investigation, the 27-year-old male, William BARRIE of Collingwood was charged under the Criminal Code with the following:
Driving with More than 80 milligrams of alcohol in Blood
Driving While Ability Impaired – motor vehicle (Alcohol)
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on December 15, 2015.
