(KINGSVILLE, ON)- The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Kingsville was called to attend the scene of a single motor vehicle crash on November 14, 2015 at approximately 11:45 p.m. at the corner of Road 3 West and McCain Side Road.
Officers arrived and Kingsville Fire Department and Essex Windsor Emergency Medical Service (EMS) were already on scene assisting the four occupants out of the vehicle which had ended up upside down in the 20 foot deep east ditch on McCain Side Road.
The female driver of the vehicle exhibited signs of impairment and was issued a Roadside Screening Device Demand which she “failed”.
She was arrested at the scene. The driver as well as the other occupants received minor injuries and were treated at an area hospital.
Nicole DODGE, age 33 of Kingsville, was charged with Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. She will appear in a Windsor court on December 1, 2015 to answer to the charge.
