(ADJALA-TOSORONTIO, ON) – On November 15, 2015 at approximately 3:03 p.m., members from the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision on Concession Road 7 at Sideroad 30 in Adjala-Tosorontio Township.
The accused was driving a grey Honda Accord, northbound on Concession Road 7. The accused then rear ended a vehicle that was stopped at the stop sign on Concession Road 7 at Sideroad 30, causing the other vehicle to enter into the intersection.
When officers arrived at the collision, the 60 year old female driver from the Town of New Tecumseth was investigated for Impaired Driving and was subsequently arrested.
Christine HOY has been charged with Impaired Driving, Over 80mgs. She will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bradford on December 10, 2015.
