During the early morning hours of May 10th, Wingham Police were called to an alarm at Sacred Heart School in Wingham. Upon arrival, police observed that a car had been driver across the sports field and smashed into the school causing severe damage to the building. Police were able to track down the owner of the vehicle who reported that it must have been stolen. Police continue to investigate. Anyone with information regarding this or any other crime are asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
