On June 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Norfolk Street. Investigation determined that the male driver was a suspended driver. Further investigation discovered that he had a small quantity of Crystal Meth and he was arrested.
Bryan Morawiecki, 41 years of Elmira has been charged with possession of a controlled substance (CDSA). He was also charged under the Highway Traffic Act with two counts of drive while under suspension. He will appear in court on July 31, 2015.
