Man Arrested for Probation Breach
On September 25, 2015 at approximately 11:30am Police attended an address on Orchard Heights Drive in Chatham in regards to a disturbance. During the investigation police located a 58 year old Chatham man at the residence. The male was found to be on Probation with conditions to not be at the residence. He was subsequently arrested and charged with Breach of Probation. He was later released from custody with a future court date.
Man Charged with Liquor Offence
On September 26, 2015 at approximately 4:12am police located a male on St. Clair Street in Chatham. The male was lying in a bank lobby intoxicated. The 32 year old male was arrested and taken into police custody. He was held until sober as he was unable to care for himself.
Motor Vehicle Collision
On September 25, 2015 at approximately 3:45pm police responded to a two vehicle collision at Park Avenue and Lacroix Street in Chatham.
A youth, who was a passenger in one of the involved vehicles, was treated by paramedics and transported to Chatham-Kent PGH to treat a minor cut to the chin. Total damage was estimated at $10,000.
A 34-year-old female was charged with Improper Left Turn and a 30 year-old female was charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – No Licence.
