(North Kawartha Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and emergency crews were called to a collision on Highway 28 near Nordic Ski Lane last night just before 10:00pm.
The female driver was found to have been consuming alcohol. Ruby Ann PRINGLE (age 28) of Cramahe Township was arrested and charged with:
Impaired Driving
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in her blood
Possession of a controlled substance
The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on January 14, 2015.
