(WINCHESTER, ON) – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Child Sexual Exploitation Unit have arrested and charged a Winchester, Ontario man following a child pornography investigation.
In August, 2015, the OPP received information from the Queensland Police Service in Australia, that an unknown person in Ontario had uploaded child sexual abuse images to the Internet.
On December 8, 2015, OPP arrested Peter Richard GRAHAM, 34 years-old of Winchester, Ontario, after investigation determined he was responsible for the criminal act. Graham is charged with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography and one count of Distribution of Child Pornography. The accused will appear for a First Appearance hearing on January 28, 2016, in the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall, Ontario.
