On Tuesday December 15, 2015 at 9:40 p.m., Officers responded to an address on Arthur Street North, Elmira, in Woolwich Township. When officers arrived, they located a male operating a motor vehicle pulling a trailer containing a stolen motorcycle from Grey County. The motorcycle had been reported stolen from a barn break in on December 12th. As a result of the investigation, the 45 year old male was arrested for possession of stolen property. During the arrest the male subject was found to be in possession of a large quantity of illegal drugs that included crystal meth, heroin and marihuana. The male was charged and held for a bail hearing. He is facing allegations of possession of stolen property, two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance under 30 grams. The estimated street value for the drugs was $5,000.
