(ZORRA TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On December 18, 2015 at approximately 4:20 a.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a complaint of a pickup truck parked but running part way in the ditch and part way on the shoulder with someone in the vehicle, on Road 68, west of Thamesford in Oxford County.
Police attended the area, and located the vehicle. As a result of investigation, the 49-year-old male, Tyler WARD of Ilderton was charged under the Criminal Code with the following:
Care of Control – Over 80 milligrams
Care or Control While Impaired (Alcohol)
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on February 2, 2016.
